HERRYS prefers payments by:

We also offer other payment options such as:

• Mastercard,
• Visa.
• Bank transfer: the products will only be sent after receipt of payment.

For orders in Belgium over 250€, the shipping costs are free of charge
For orders in Belgium under 250€, there are fixed shipping costs of €8. 
Shipping costs in Europe are 15€

All our packages are delivered by Bpost.
Orders shipped within Belgium should arrive between 2-5 business days. Shipments within Europe take approximately 5-7 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are after shipment.
If you are not at home when the letter carrier comes by, he will either request a second delivery time by phone or you can pick up the package at the post office/Postpoint. (within the next 14 days)

All handbags and accessories are handmade as ordered, A delivery time of 20 working days is provided.  The delivery period stated is not binding, but is given only as an indication.

When placing your order and completing your payment, you can select the option "pick up yourself". We will then personally contact you to arrange the pickup as soon as your product is ready.

Please include a copy of your order form and return your order in the original box, with dust bag and packing material.
We gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary. The refund will be credited to the original payment method; the original shipping charges will not be refunded. After we have received the product back, refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses.
