Shipping

Cost:
For orders in Belgium above 250€ the shipping cost is free.
For orders in Belgium below 250€ the fixed shipping cost is €8.
Shipping costs within Europe are 15€.

Mode:
All our packages are shipped by Bpost.
Orders shipped within Belgium should arrive between 2-5 working days. Shipments within Europe take approximately 5-7 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are after dispatch.
If you are not at home when the letter carrier comes by, he will either request a second delivery time by phone or you can pick up the package at the post office/Post point (within the next 14 days)

HERRYS will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order/item(s). Returns should be made to the address below:

Please include a copy of your order form and return your order in the original box, with dust bag and packing materials.
We are happy to refund unworn and undamaged products if necessary. A refund will be made using the same method of payment used to make the original payment transaction. Shipping costs are not refundable. After we receive the product/item back, it may take up to 14 business days before you see a refund appear on your account and this is due to the different processing times between payment providers.
Please note that all costs associated with returning a purchase are your responsibility.
